- 12 oz chocolate chips (one bag)
- 12 oz butterscotch chips (one bag)
- 1 3/4 cup salted cashews or salted peanuts
- 1 3/4 cup chow mein noodles
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in microwave (or double-boiler) until creamy and smooth
Gently stir in chow mein noodles and nuts
Drop onto waxed paper, roughly the size of golf balls
Refrigerate 4+ hours, remove from waxed paper and serve
